Gunter is, as best as anyone can tell, a 2-1/2 year old
Rottweiller/Bernese Mountain Dog mix. He certainly has the Bernese
coat and sheds plenty. He was picked up by the local shelter when
he was 4 months old, running aimlessly down a country road. His mommy
just happened to be in the shelter that very morning, and it was love
at first sight.
He
is Head Watchdog - his job is to oversee the protection of the house and
its other occupants: 4 cats and a rabbit that he adores (and the rabbit
loves him back just as much!). Gunter is very handsome and is admired
wherever he goes.
