Sirius of the Week for Aug. 27 - Sep. 2, 2000
Booda is a two year old wonderful mixed dog whom his humans sometimes
call "our $3,000 pup" because of the TPO surgery he had.
(TPO means Triple Pelvic Osteotomy.)
His favorite thing in the world is his twice daily walks in the
woods behind his house. His favorite game is to try and catch
water squirting from the hose. He never gets tired of being
squirted, but just his front, please. No fair getting
his back wet. He hates showers.
His feline "sister," Mango, long ago tired of laser pointer chasing
but Booda will do it forever and continue to look for his friend,
the little red dot, for long afterwards and any time you point
at the floor. Booda loves all other dogs and always wants to go visit
his friends when he goes for a walk. If you are human and he doesn't
know you, he'll be pretty shy,
but if you have a dog with you then you are all right with him.
