"My name is Hudson's Miki Arrluk (pronounced Me-Ki). I am an 8 1/2 month old Alaskan
Malamute who lives in California but came from Tennessee.
"I came to live with my family when I was 8 weeks old, and mom always say I am one of her
kids. Mom always talks about how much I have grown, I reached 102.30 pounds today, I think
this is a big thing since everyone made such a big deal that I am such a big boy, but my
mom says I am still her baby.
"I spend alot of time playing with my friend they call Dot. We run around the house alot,
and mom always tells us to settle down and that we sound like a freight train going
through the house. It's alot of fun, so we don't listen to mom when we really get to
playing. Mom says she's a cat, I guess that is different than me, but I don't care, we are
the best of pals.
"My favorite thing in the whole world is to hang out in my pool, I call it my pool since
I am in it everyday and it's right in my own back yard.
"Mom and dad and my sisters (they don't have fur) take me all kinds of places. I love to go
with them to that thing they call soccer. I get to watch my sisters chase the ball, and
all the other girls that don't have fur, crowd around me to pet me and they say all the
time I am beautiful.
"I make friends everywhere I go, and I really like those kids that don't have fur. I just
have to stop and meet everyone of them when I am out."
