Sirius of the Week for June 20 - 26, 2004
Our submitter writes,
"This is our Bear, a two year old Shiba Inu relaxing on our deck.
It looks like he is saying.....'It's good to be the King.'
Bear loves to play with his person-dad and running in the yard.
Bear takes a flying leap off the deck like the 'Flying Nun.' He has no
fear of anything except a house fly! They buzz his butt and if they get
in the house he will hide in the bathroom. So much for the hunter in him!"
"Below, Bear became impatient because Daddy wasn't paying attention.
So he climbed on the ottoman and put his face in Daddy's to see what
he was doing on the 'Magic Box.'
Just as he thought.....Daddy was looking at Crazy for Dogs!"
Finally, in this photo, we see Bear in a typical sleeping pose,
looking like he is, as his persom mom says, "a couple of dog biscuits short of
a box".
Update February 2005... Bear's person-dad taught him to smile:
