Sirius of the Week for July 13 - 19, 2003
This week our star is twelve year old William, a Golden Retriever.
He's here with his friend Troubles (in this picture about 3 weeks
old), an abandoned kitten found in
the woods behind our submitter's house in College Station, Texas.
William is the gentlest creature. He's been a "mom" to several
kittens...taking care of them and nurturing them. He has the most
amazing spirit of any animal his person-mom has
been around. When someone is upset, sad, or crying, he immediately
goes and licks the tears off of their face.
