Sirius of the Week for August 18 - 24, 2002
Mackenzie Gardner McKay (or Mac) came to his new family just
recently from Lenexa, Kansas. It was clear from the
beginning that Mac was a lover and would enjoy having
three canine brothers. He fit in almost immediately and before
the afternoon was over, the four of them were romping
around the backyard.
Mac recently celebrated his 1st birthday (his star sign is Cancer)
with toys, bones, treats, and a party. His mom and dad have just begun
his training, and he's quite smart. Within the first week,
Mac was responding to "sit," "come," and "leave it."
Mac has an athletic conformation and has
already "cleared" the Pug gate. His humans believe he would
enjoy an agility class. He is a bright, loving,
energetic Pug boy and a very special addition to the
family.
